We hope that your stay with us will be safe and enjoyable. Because we live close to one another, we ask that you be considerate and respectful of your neighbors and fellow residents. Please keep your lot clean, neat, and uncluttered.

MOBILE HOME & PARK MODEL sections of the park are for adult residents only.

PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. Please observe the speed limit, the one-way street signs, and all park traffic rules. Drive only on the paving, and park on the paving designated for your lot.

FRONT GATE is closed by 10:00 PM. After that you may enter or exit by manually opening the gate; please close the gate again. BACK GATE (exit only) is electronic and operates seasonally during daylight hours.

QUIET TIME is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This applies to laundry facilities also.

POOL, HOT TUB & ALL PARK AMENITIES are for park residents & their registered guests only. Children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. POOL HOURS are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting. Please observe all posted rules for the pool and hot tub.

TV CHANNELS: 2-FOX, 4-CBS, 5-ABC, 23-NBC, 38-PBS. CABLE SERVICE through Time Warner Cable is available on metered lots.

WIFI: MMPWIFI  is the secure wireless network available in our park and can be accessed from most RV sites. Be sure to ask for the password when checking in.

CITRUS FRUIT: Please pick citrus only from the trees on your lot!

PET RULES: Please be considerate & respectful of your neighbors & fellow residents.

  1. You must pick up after your pet immediately.
  2. Pets outdoors must be kept under control at all times & must be on a leash when not on your lot.
  3. Pets are limited to approximately 35 lbs. maximum weight, and no more than two per unit.
  4. Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings.
  5. Pets may not be left alone inside or out to continually bark.

Anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be required to leave the park. Also, if your pet is a hazard or is aggressive to others, as determined by the management, you will be asked to leave the park.

MAIL is delivered to boxes in HALL A. Forwarding or delivery issues should be directed to the post office. Notify the park office when to open or close your box, and we will relay your request to the mail carrier.

GARBAGE should be put in plastic bags and placed in the large dumpsters found throughout the park. CARDBOARD AND RECYCLABLES should be put in the containers located at the end of Fir Street.

WATER USE: Moderate use of water is included in your lot rent. If you want to use extra water (such as, watering your lawn frequently), you must receive permission from the park management and you will be charged an additional fee.

LAWN CARE: MMP will mow all of the lawns that are accessible to our large riding mowers. If you are not satisfied with the timing and/or quality of our mowing, you will need to make other arrangements. Push mowers are available. Yard trimmings placed near the street will be picked up by the park, but should not be put out between Friday noon and Monday morning.

CLOTHESLINES are not allowed in the RV sections of the park. In the mobile home and park model sections, only umbrella clotheslines are permitted

EXTRA vehicles and trailers must be put in the storage area at current storage fees.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS of park residents are required to register at the office to receive 1 week free stay. Guests staying longer will pay current daily extra-person charge for additional time, not to exceed 4 weeks.

ALL IMPROVEMENTS to your lot or home must be approved in advance by the park management.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS ON THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE to the  mobile home are the responsibility of the mobile home owner. This includes the outside breaker box, the breakers and underground wiring.

MOBILE HOME SALE: In order for unit to be sold and remain in the park, that unit must be evaluated and approved by the park management. THE BUYER of any unit in the park must be approved in advance by the park management.

NEW MOBILE HOME: Any mobile home moved into the park must be new, all-electric, and approved in advance by the park management.

PARK MODEL OR R.V.: Before any park model or R.V. over ten years old is allowed into the park, it must be approved by the management.

The owners and management of McAllen Mobile Park absolve themselves from all liability due to loss by fire, theft, accident, or any other causes.
